簡介


OX1LP溶解氧測量儀使用極譜溶解氧電極,可用于測量水相中的光合作用和/或呼吸作用,適用于藻類、植物、動物和細胞器(葉綠體和線粒體)的懸浮液。還可用于監(jiān)測在水相中產(chǎn)生或消耗氧氣的化學和生化反應。溶解氧包配有儀器、附件、軟件和接口。

可提供從100ul(流通)到50ml不同體積的DO電極。水套反應杯內(nèi)的氧電極可用于測量生物樣品或酶反應的O2消耗(或產(chǎn)生)。


采用簡單的兩點校準, 可在相同的溫度下進行校準和實驗,或者可以在軟件中對不同溫度下的測量進行簡單的溫度校正。隨機附校準所需的所有附件。
